Class 1: Understanding your menstrual cycle, functional breathing basics, and how to keep track using your BOLT score. Understand the different phases of the cycle, how to track your cycle to bring greater awareness to your own rhythms and patterns and three key elements of functional breathing for women.

Class 2: The effects of breathing biomechanics on pelvic alignment and using breathing tools as an intervention for pelvic pain. Apply functional breathing techniques to everyday life to enhance energy levels, focus, sleep, awareness and fitness levels. Zooming in on the effects of breathing biomechanics on pelvic alignment and using breathwork tools as an intervention for pain.

Class 3: Oxygen Advantage® Sports performance breathing (I) and how to tailor your fitness regime to the different phases of your menstrual cycle. Sports performance breathing basics, for women. Science and practical exploration.

Class 4Oxygen Advantage® Sports performance breathing (II) and how to tailor your fitness regime to the different phases of your menstrual cycle. PLUS, an introduction to perimenopause and menopause. How to tailor the Oxygen Advantage exercises around your menstrual cycle to turn hormones into superpowers.
