What’s the difference between Functional Breathing Training, the Advanced Training and the Live Oxygen Advantage® instructor training?

Functional Breathing Training certifies you in functional breathing during rest and physical exercise. Advanced Instructor Training certifies you to teach functional breathing and simulation of altitude training. 

Course Procedure

  1. Enroll in the course.
  2. View the course content.
  3. Take the test. (You must score 80% to pass. If you do not pass, you may retake the test.)
  4. Print your certificate of completion.
